      Pros

      You can sometimes get up to 95 CENT raise per year, but they usually fire people before they start hitting 3-5 years.

      Cons

      We were let go with NO HELP and NO INFO when covid hit. Global pandemic and these greedy, sad people didn’t help their chefs/cooks with a single dime.

      Comprehensive benefits package. Work-life balance is improved. Above-average market salary offering

      Cons

      Poorly drafted union labor agreement. Outdated and poorly vetted recipes taken from the company recipe database called Webtrition. Top-level management for the account sits outside of California and and far away from the client.
