The upper-level management for the MarCom group is beyond "micromanagers". This one in particular was so incredibly bipolar! They made it sound like working "remote" was a favor to the employee. You step away from your computer for more than a couple minutes, and they are calling, texting, and sending DMs asking where you are and what you are doing. Well, darn it Karen, sometimes people have to pee! It was such a toxic environment that spilled into personal space, it was unreal!
