Pros
We have goals to do the right thing for our clients, guests and managers. There are huge growth opportunities for those who are open to learning. I love that we have developed a great learning environment and a sustainable platform.
Cons
I think there can be a disconnect between corporate and the field. But I think we are really prioritizing the infrastructure of support and I think we are on the right track for improvement.
