      monday- friday schedule is a nice break from typical restaurant job

      No bonuses, no room for growth, they didn't give me my annual raise two years in a row.

      Comprehensive benefits package. Work-life balance is improved. Above-average market salary offering

      Cons

      Poorly drafted union labor agreement. Outdated and poorly vetted recipes taken from the company recipe database called Webtrition. Top-level management for the account sits outside of California and and far away from the client.
