Pros

The office culture is generally positive, though leadership remains fairly traditional and lacks diversity at the top. There are occasional social events like happy hours, but nothing particularly memorable or standout. The core working hours (11am–3pm) offer good flexibility, especially for those with family responsibilities.

Cons

Work-life balance is largely dependent on your department. Sales enjoys a fair amount of flexibility, but for most other teams, you’ll likely be working well beyond 40 hours a week—without additional compensation. The company culture heavily rewards visibility and self-promotion over actual performance. While promotions are claimed to be based on merit, in practice they often go to those who are best at showcasing themselves to the right people, rather than those delivering consistent results. The environment can feel cliquish and political—more like a high school than a professional workplace. Senior employees tend to prioritize self-preservation, and long-tenured staff often act in their own interest rather than that of the broader team. Career growth is difficult, compensation is below market standards, and it’s easy to feel stuck without a clear path forward. Bottom line: There’s hope that things might improve, but for now, the grass truly is greener elsewhere. If you're someone who values actual performance over appearances and wants to grow in a supportive environment, this may not be the place for you.
