      Pros

      Not a single pro other than the product used to be good.

      Cons

      Leadership drama. CEO is a nightmare, narcissist, and doesn’t listen to anyone. The people there were great but many walked out and quit because of the toxic and psychologically unsafe environment created by upper management. Pay was low, expectations were high to do jobs outside of your own duties and the entire organization lacked communication. Worst working conditions I’ve ever experienced. People were treated less than human.

      Pros

      evanhealy is a company routed in the traditions of the past for the benefit of the skin today. I love the commitment to ethically sourcing all ingredients and that there is a personal connection to the major components reaching back to different small farms and villages across the globe. I have grown quickly within the company and love the family atmosphere.
