Extremely low pay, awful benefits, no 401k match Barley any diversity, almost non existent in upper management. Owner is so arrogant, and upper management is rude. Brown nosing seems to be the only way to have a chance at a raise. HIGH TURNOVER - had three different managers and about 7different co workers in less than two years. This team usually consisted of a manager and 2-3 workers below them at a time. No transparency
