Exact is all about learning and sharing information. "Ask an Expert" and reference information at a few key strokes away are extremely helpful. This company has helped me to improve my skill sets, and better understand the data business. The training has been on going with my team leader always willing to take the time to explain and assist. The tools to succeed are given to you, I've found Exact Data patient and encouraging.
Cons
Working from home is a double edge sword. It doesn't allow you to establishing connection with your co-workers. but you can cold call in your slippers . Coming from a seasonal sales background, it can be hard to adjust to a company that is always in motion. The high energy of the main office can be lost on those in the field.
