Pros

In the beginning, it was a bit nervous on my day one, there was a lot of information to take in. But the best part was that I can go at my own pace. My trainee gave me so much information, he is there to talk to me and answer any questions needed. I really like the cross training too. I know how to do interviews, talk to people with confidence and in a little over one month in now and my paychecks are $1,000 or more a week consistently. You can do it, as long as you just practice and don't give up that is for sure! There is so much growth here like I said, very neat business.

Cons

None that I can name off but the hard work pays off a lot quicker then you would think

Pros

I was working as a server for years and I was basing all my pay off tips. It is a hard life to leave. Now I am killing it in sales and making great paychecks weekly, I truly love the people here and the growth and strides I've made since I started just a few months ago. I can take these cross training methods with me anywhere but just succeeding I would rather stay in the company and make my way up to Director!

Cons

I have none. It takes hard work, just like any other job! :)

Pros

I just moved to Arizona and Exertion Management was one of the first places I interviewed at. It can be intimidating being in a new state and starting a new career but when I walked in I was immediately comfortable in the work environment. They make you feel welcome right off the bat and their positive energy is astounding. I chose Exertion because of the room for growth it has given me in the short time I’ve worked there. The managers guide you through how to become successful and help you every step of the way. Something that stood out to me was their effort to keep me employed during this pandemic, they support their employees and that exceeds all expectations from an employer.

Cons

This is not a job for those who aren’t willing to work hard. The training is intense and what you put in is what you will receive. If you are willing to work hard this is a great opportunity!
