Pros

I just moved to Arizona and Exertion Management was one of the first places I interviewed at. It can be intimidating being in a new state and starting a new career but when I walked in I was immediately comfortable in the work environment. They make you feel welcome right off the bat and their positive energy is astounding. I chose Exertion because of the room for growth it has given me in the short time I’ve worked there. The managers guide you through how to become successful and help you every step of the way. Something that stood out to me was their effort to keep me employed during this pandemic, they support their employees and that exceeds all expectations from an employer.

Cons

This is not a job for those who aren’t willing to work hard. The training is intense and what you put in is what you will receive. If you are willing to work hard this is a great opportunity!

Pros

I have been at this company for close to a year. The training process is immersive. It consists of guided product knowledge and near-identical selling scenarios that you will experience. There is a significant amount of Cross-training with members of all levels of the organization from Directors and Managers down to individual Sales Specialists. The Management creates a winning and enjoyable work culture each day.

Cons

The company provides all of the tools and resources for success and their expectations of performance reflect that. The product knowledge is extensive, however, the training training process does an excellent job of explaining all of it.

Pros

This company is a great team atmosphere with serious capabilities of exponential growth with long-term investments yourself and your business. If you wish to grow in the business world as a whole, this company is awesome. I went at this on a whim not knowing anything about the company and this is my experience. I was immediately welcomed by Chelsea and a huge smile. Then came Donald being loud and confident, also with a huge white smile. It was all positivity from the start. He And Jake took me under their wing so quickly and we got to work. These guys are the real deal, if you do what you’re told and apply it, the possibilities to make this a solid earning business is attainable in your future. This business is about what you do and the connections you make. I was introduced to atmos on my first day of training and it was very interesting to walk into. I went into a room with loud music playing and everybody talking loud taking notes and practicing their pitches. I was trained after that by the person who did my second round interview, as I was part of their “team“ now. They made a long term investment in me as their “employee” .This is huge for the company and atmos set a high bar in terms of how the business operates. They do cross training every day by employees for the benefit of us the employees. It allows you get out of your comfort zone and be confident enough to grow your brand. After the morning mind refresher we always go over the last days sales and congratulate whoever got them. We then end the morning on a good note, break into teams, discuss our day and locations and go on our way! I would say that this is a great company and it’s all around a great place to work. If you want a job that pushes you to do more and grow your career, exertion is a great start. If you’re searching for a job and if are unsure about Exertion, I would say just give it a shot. Today not only determines and helps shape who you will be in the future, but what you will be like for the rest of your life. Exertion is an investment in myself.

Cons

It will force you to grow individually and gain confidence in yourself right from the start which some people aren’t comfortable with. Many people like a job where they do the same thing and Exertion is different day to day, in the best way possible.
