Great Pay, Great Learning Opportunities, Remote with access to good equipment, benefits, training and certification.

Cons

New project still lacking in structure and internal customer support. Especially with regards to TLs & TMs. Poor leadership, communication and overall management.

Low Hourly rates for consultant. Not flexible with car rentals
