      Pros

      I got selected through walk-in drive in Banglore, after selection they have trained for 40 days with accomodation which was very nice after training they deployed me in IBM India Pvt Ltd( Pune Location), It's been 8 months i am working in Experis IT, It's good company to work for, I must thanks to Experis for giving me this opportunity.

      Cons

      Salary is less... I am hoping that they will give me hike soon..

      1. Great perks of working in advanced tech, specifically the AR/VR field. 2. The client company offers a lot of fun activities. 3. I was able to find a sense of belonging within my team.

      1. Management lacks clear direction and sound judgment. 2. Micromanagement from leads. 3. Unnecessary drama caused by management. 4. Leadership and management roles lack diversity, with little representation across gender and backgrounds. 5. People are let go without clear reasons, even when directly asked.
