Pros
When you work at many of the large systems integrators you tend to be pigeonholed into a particular role and it can be difficult to do anything else. It is exactly the opposite at Experis. I have found more opportunity at times to do different things than I sometimes know how to handle. It has definitely challenged me and helped me to grow my experience and skill sets.
Cons
This job (like many) will take everything you will give it and then a little more. You definitely need to manage your own work-life balance here to avoid burning out.
