Pros
Little hand holding and if self-motivated you will learn a bunch on the many different units within that office. The culture is fairly chill (nothing high stakes going on) and laid-back in terms of the dress code (no clients ever come through). Once you get that big picture understanding from learning things on your own you will be equipped for life beyond there at another back office.
Cons
training was non existent on how and why all the units do what they do to function (which is where your own motivation levels have to kick in). As for the atmosphere - I think you will walk away perhaps liking and being friends with one or two people. The management there may not acknowledge you at all - i said less than 500 words to mine in the 6+ months I was there. I got more positive feedback and experience from the sales team than my own manager but that's life I guess. When it comes to pay, this company is usually well below market so do your research because there is ALWAYS money on the table...companies just hate separating with it.
