      Pros

      I've been doing the same contract for 6 years but the company on my paycheck has changed 3 times. Experis hasn't done anything wrong but I have only been with them officially for 9 months.

      Cons

      The health insurance is pretty bad with really hight deductables for not great insurance.

      Flexibility, work-life balance, decent commission structure

      Cons

      Senior leadership came in and completely changed the company culture. So many great people left because of micromanagement at the highest level.
