Cons

Horrible recruiters at Experis and set up with job. Was given the wrong direction multiple times. Not answered for weeks at a time as well.

Flexibility, work-life balance, decent commission structure

Cons

Senior leadership came in and completely changed the company culture. So many great people left because of micromanagement at the highest level.
