      Pros

      - Very friendly people will help you find work in their network. - Plenty of options if looking for an entry level job.

      Cons

      - My first recruiter was great but after he was promoted my new recruiter was not able to offer much and did not communicate very often. I also had to go over everything like I was a new client for the first time.

      Senior leadership came in and completely changed the company culture. So many great people left because of micromanagement at the highest level.
