T'he office I work out of is absolutely fantastic! Wonderful team with a lot of really innovative people. Working with some of the top IT companies with exposure to some of the latest technologies out there.
Cons
New CEO came in and values the buck over the employee. The culture has inevitably changed for the worse with the new vision he has bestowed to the company as a whole. Offices are divided, people are less motivated due to the commission cap, and the continued effort to outsource major projects to college graduates to save a buck has been embarrassing not only to the employees, but to our customer. Just look at this video highlighting the "core program". Can you see how many contradictions are laid out in it? A core member saying "this is my first job out of college" followed by a manager saying ""We have some of the best talent in the industry".
