      they hold you responsible for many things, and other companies hold you responsible for one or two things to do on certain positions. Long hours and terrible management.

      Lots of hands-on experience and mentorship from a senior scientist. An extremely impressive company with numerous opportunities to interact with leadership. Couldn't suggest a better internship program.
