      You are able to get a decent paycheck.

      This is a true cluster. The company consists of professionals with superegos that equate to nothing. There is no bright future only a war of the egos with minimal knowledge of what's new in the industry or a willingness to listen and learn. Nothing but smoke and mirrors and tossing the same balls in different baskets.

      they hold you responsible for many things, and other companies hold you responsible for one or two things to do on certain positions. Long hours and terrible management.
