Pros
Great office atmosphere, learn a lot every single day, face paced, challenging, but fun all at once!
Cons
Wish I got outside more... I spend a lot of time indoors now that I work full time at a software company. I do manage to go for a walk out by the water for at least 30 minutes a day though.
