      Pros

      Work Life Balance Decent pay Perks (that are kinda slowly going away)

      Cons

      Laying off half the workforce responsible for a release right before it happens. No warning and after a good quarter of sales a chunk of the workforce got the axe. At one time I felt my job was secure here if I worked hard and got my job done. Now it feels like a world of contractors with everyone getting colored badges to show where you land in the hierarchy of the company.

      * I enjoyed the collaborative team culture. Everyone was supportive and willing to help each other. * The work-life balance was good, and the overall working environment was relatively low stress. * I had opportunities to work on large-scale enterprise products and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

      Cons

      * One area I felt could be improved was compensation growth. As my responsibilities and technical skills expanded, I was looking for opportunities that offered stronger career and compensation progression.
