Pros

Good benefits. higher package than other companies

Cons

lot of politics. they say we are open culture, but they are not. decision making is made by handful of people. managers dont know anything about technical stuff going in the project, but still they will ask you to do certain things, without bothering about the pros and cons. your suggestions and feedback have no value. promotion and hikes are given to mangers blue eyed employees.

Pros

1. The company have office in skyview hyderabad building near bio diversity park, the office is quite new and the decor and office staffs are impeccable. 2. Flexi time and good wfh facilities, (its okay to take once/twice a month more than that you will get eyed by your manager). 3. Pantry is excellent all kinds of cookies, soft drinks, snacks, fruits and different variants of coffees at your disposal. 4. Some teams are doing work in bleeding edge technology. 5. One of the best paymasters in this sector. 6. Fundoo Friday - (previously known as Beer Friday) - The company shifted to new SEZ building, where alcoholic consumption is prohibited inside the building, you have to get settled with DIY indoor games every alternate fridays.

Cons

1. Higher Management (aka director, vp) puts no transparency in their decisions. Its put them in the bad books of the employees. Eg - There is a time when a woman put misbehaving allegations by some higher management people, they fired the woman and just poker faced the situation as nothing happened. People were left clueless. 2. Middle Management Team (aka senior managers, managers) have no power vested on them, all they do is resource allocation and convey the same messages from higher management to sub-ordinates, which is anyway conveyed over mail or townhall meetings. 3. The only time you will get recognized is in the time of appraisal and the increments are not very happening. 4. Interview standards are really low as per the salary provided. They should strengthen their hiring policy and put some regulations over the process. 5. Some teams are blessed with good work, but their product don't perform well in the market, some teams are working in boring legacy product but they are the breadearners of the company. 6. The agile manifesto - The company have invested heavily to embed SAFE practices in the company DNA. There is a whole bunch of scrum masters, who schedule/cancel meetings all day long, asks you "Do you have any blockers?" each and every day. Also draws, heavy paycheck for this.

Pros

Wonderful Salary with No work

Cons

Salary normalization irrespective of the work you do for the company. One Man show in India operations. HR works only during Induction, exit formalities and promotional events. No career growth. Indian managers simply work to please US Management.
