1. Higher Management (aka director, vp) puts no transparency in their decisions. Its put them in the bad books of the employees.
Eg - There is a time when a woman put misbehaving allegations by some higher management people, they fired the woman and just poker faced the situation as nothing happened. People were left clueless.
2. Middle Management Team (aka senior managers, managers) have no power vested on them, all they do is resource allocation and convey the same messages from higher management to sub-ordinates, which is anyway conveyed over mail or townhall meetings.
3. The only time you will get recognized is in the time of appraisal and the increments are not very happening.
4. Interview standards are really low as per the salary provided. They should strengthen their hiring policy and put some regulations over the process.
5. Some teams are blessed with good work, but their product don't perform well in the market, some teams are working in boring legacy product but they are the breadearners of the company.
6. The agile manifesto - The company have invested heavily to embed SAFE practices in the company DNA. There is a whole bunch of scrum masters, who schedule/cancel meetings all day long, asks you "Do you have any blockers?" each and every day. Also draws, heavy paycheck for this.
