Pros
Supports and promotes a good work/life balance Pay is good and advancement opportunities are there as long as you dont mind switching teams or focus
Cons
Growing pains are the biggest issues I have seen, and there is some politicking between offices or teams, but Managers try to mitigate or eliminate it when they see it (at least mine do)
