      Late pay No pay reviews or increases Very limited in person interactions with team (1 social a year) - met my manager for the first time 2 years into employment No support from management if you’re not performing. Don’t follow proper procedures standard parental leave

      work from home very flexible hours its a startup so you might learn a lot if you have the correct manager (doubt it)

      no opportunity for growth lies to prospects terrible product horrific management is a yes sir place terrible bonus no benefits unethical hiring nobody is there to grow their career - aka not ambitious no idea is a good idea
