Pros
1. Remote work culture. 2. Timely payment. 3. Some of the friendly coworkers.
Cons
1. Simply put in a company who don't trust it's employees. 2. Some of the departments has just 1 member still they call it team, I mean one men team. 3. Nothing will be clearly told until you sign the contract. No transparency on terms of employment 4. You can be fired any point in time, without cause or reason. I have seen many of my coworkers are getting fired suddenly. 5. Super egoistic management, thry simply don't care of the people working on the company. You will be treated as commodity. 6. No work life balance and no learning curve. Very poor leave policy. 7. Payment is on the downside. If yiu are planing to join, remember you'll get minimal hike and they will bargain ( crazy ) P.S. please only consider joining if you're okay with the above points
