      Generally a good place to work, not stressful, nice people, good internal organization and management, access to all the tools you need, provided hardware.

      Pros

      work from home very flexible hours its a startup so you might learn a lot if you have the correct manager (doubt it)

      Cons

      no opportunity for growth lies to prospects terrible product horrific management is a yes sir place terrible bonus no benefits unethical hiring nobody is there to grow their career - aka not ambitious no idea is a good idea
