      Pros

      - Flexible working - No time sheets (coming from a traditional accountancy practice) - Working from home options - Free lunch every day - Great office environment. Casual but hard working - Great opportunities to learn & enhance skills - Hands on management - feel involved - Own client base and workload management

      Cons

      - Very fast growth (Pro?) - so hard to recruit to keep up with demand - Hard work, but good work. Better than being bored

      Pros

      work from home very flexible hours its a startup so you might learn a lot if you have the correct manager (doubt it)

      Cons

      no opportunity for growth lies to prospects terrible product horrific management is a yes sir place terrible bonus no benefits unethical hiring nobody is there to grow their career - aka not ambitious no idea is a good idea

      Pay might be less for some positions, and as they are hiring on contract, job security is not that great.
