Thanks to the organization, I got to understand the field and currently work with a competitor of FACE.
Cons
You will be conned if you work in this organization. Terrible work life balance which includes Sundays. No respect for one's personal time and look to trouble you even during those times. High attrition due to a bad boss who you cannot call a leader. Terrible in terms of diversity and partial to the Tamil folks. Never give you what you want and will always remind you that you haven't achieved anything for the organization and hence you also don't deserve anything. I had a different issue with my boss and then he terminates me saying performance issue. Performance Issue - The organisation provides sub standard trainings to institutions and eventually institutions do not want to work with this organisation. Hence, how much ever effort you put into bringing business, institutions will not give you work due to past history and also bad mouth the organisation with other institutions leading to no business. Eventually, the BDM will be at the receiving end.
