Pros
You start with 3 weeks vacation and 10 sick days. Okay benefits, employee rewards program that is just ok. Many long term employees. They do have some flexibility in hours. Half the managers are really great. HR is genuinely caring and helpful which is rare on a corporate setting.
Cons
You will not be given the tools to succeed. Training is not taken seriously. If you try to excel more work will be piled on top of you with minimal compensation if any. During busy season you will be stressed to the max and need to work 2-4 hours of OT a day and some on the weekend and you will still be behind. There is little to no where to go once you have reached a Title Officer Position. And honestly the pay increase between a JTO or CSR to a TO is not worth the stress.
