Pros

Solid and Respected Company: The company’s been around for a long time and really knows its space. Being part of an industry leader definitely gives you a sense of security and purpose. Lots of Room to Grow: If you're motivated and willing to put in the work, there are plenty of opportunities to move up or try out different roles. Internal growth is a real thing here. Great Benefits & Perks: Base pay could be better, but the benefits and incentive programs make up for a lot. Health coverage, time off, and bonuses are all better than what you see at a lot of other places. Things Are Moving in the Right Direction: The newer leadership and updated vision have been a breath of fresh air. It feels like the company is becoming more modern, transparent, and employee-focused. Supportive Teams: Most people are friendly and helpful, and there’s a real sense of teamwork in a lot of departments.

Cons

Pay Isn’t the Strongest: Salaries tend to be on the lower side for the industry, which can be frustrating at times—even though the benefits do help balance it out. Some Growing Pains: The company went through a rough patch during rapid growth, and there were definitely some bumps in the road. Things seem more stable now, though. Past Favoritism: There were some issues with nepotism at certain locations in the past, but leadership seems to be making a real effort to turn that around. Different Experiences Depending on Where You Work: Culture and management can vary depending on your location or team, but overall there’s a push to make things more consistent across the board.
