amazing learning experience. superb teams hands on work

not much room for growth no upward movement - more so lateral

Additional holidays, fair salaries, casual work environment, family oriented, employee appreciation, lots of office celebrations.

Unprofessional, chaotic work processes and procedures, high staff turnaround (revolving door), desperately needs a REAL HR department, need to be more considerate of how personalities mix within a team/department, lack of workspace very cramped with no privacy, very loud office, diversity is greatly needed and more consideration to outside cultures (very rude with speaking Hebrew in front of English speaking staff)
