7. Your growth depends on the mood of the decision makers rather your efforts.
8. Limited number of holidays (dont expect all national holidays too), no medical leaves, no RH's.
9. Too much of documentation which is not required at all.
10. No flexi work hours, someone will point you out to complete hours in the day.
11. Negotiation is the key in the beginning, huge disparity in payment structures at similar level.
12. No or minimal contact with Alma Matter.
13. Many times they try to camouflage their unethical activities with few events and activities for students.
14. Few old staff members are given too much of undue power, and they mistreat faculty members.
15. Myopic view of management.
