Pros
- Friendly, motivated team who collaborate well as a whole group, and as individual departments (Creative, Digital, Account Management etc). Quickly feel included in key conversations, and opinions are valued. Even if your suggestion isn't necessarily followed though, there is always room and respect for your input. - Unbeatable sense of trust and autonomy; allowing all to work remotely 100% of the time; keeping to a schedule they want. This is also housed inside within a flexible daily working window, in which allocated “core hours” are provided for tasks, meetings and admin to be undertaken. It means if you want to clock off at 3pm to play sport, go shopping, or take your kids to the park, you can do so with confidence. This really enables each employee a sense of freedom for how they like to complete their work. A rigid system does not suit all, and FINALLY's approach to this is one of the company's biggest USPs. I've never worked for a company which enables so much trust and faith in their staff to deliver without the constant need to space-invade and keep tabs. - Varied spectrum of clients - each with their own unique goals, challenges and targets - which enables a rewarding sense of variety between tasks and topics. Rarely does each day feel identical to the previous, which helps eliminate a sense of workplace monotony. - Well equipped, modern office with great coffee making facilities, private meeting rooms, a pool table, and a workplace in close proximity to major public transport links, supermarkets and other essential shops/services.
Cons
- A lack of staff car parking options due to location, which really isn't a major problem as there are various surrounding streets and boroughs where drivers can park freely; just a short 5 minute walk away from the office. Plus you can always work from home, so you don’t have to be in the office. Also as previously mentioned, the office is also atop of major public transport links, so buses and trains are both good options to travel to and from work if you are heading in.
