The interview process was great! I got to meet a few different members of the team for more informal chats and then had a more typical questions-based interview. The informal chats were held remotely which worked for me and saved me travelling for short time periods. Whereas, the full interview was face to face and gave me the opportunity to have a look round the office too!
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at FINALLY Agency (Canterbury, England) in Oct 2023
Interview
Pretty simple. 1 google meet, followed by an in-person interview in Canterbury. Everyone was lovely, it was about 2 weeks between first and 2nd interview which wasn't ideal but could have been worse. Received - presumably through error - 2 rejection emails. One a little blunter than the other but with some nice feedback. Would suggest, if anything, offering in-person interview expenses for longer journeys.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at FINALLY Agency (Canterbury, England) in Jan 2019
Interview
The CEO rolled his eyes and shook his head half way through the interview when he thought I wasn't looking to the rest of the panel of about six idiots, which was ridiculous for a measley little job like this was - this was in 2018
