Pros
Remote working
Nice enough people
Cons
Remote workers, don't get offered any equipment or money towards it. They expect you to front your own computer and headphones.
Pay is rubbish, just minimum wage. Even if you're here for a long time they don't recognise that, they don't give you a personal pay rise compared to others that have only been there say a few months. No benefits at all to being here long term, no recognition or thanks, you're still talked down to.
And they obsessively track you. And when they question you, there's no emotional intelligence, they always attack and presume the worst, they never ask if you're okay.
No sick leave pay. And if you are sick more than 3 times in a year you have to have a meeting. So unecessary, it's not like we get paid to be sick. So to call in sick it would really mean you're sick, as you're giving up money and then they give you a 'warning'. It's absolutely pathetic.
No special leave (berevemeants or anything else).
No mental health support, they say they'll do something to support, and they never do.
