Work is easy (i.e. not challenging), schedule is flexible & they pay me every month. I can be in my office all day or at home -- it doesn't matter as long as my work is done.
Cons
Work is easy (i.e. not challenging); no career development; no opportunities for growth or learning; constant budget restrictions stifle innovation; yearly reductions in global R&D budgets; little to no scientific rigor to guide decision making;
