Pros
Some people in Brno are amazing but that is not enough to cover up for the fact that they hire you and then without any sign you get fired after a few months like a garbage. - Salary is high for Brno but again i prefer lower salary and a stable job….
Cons
Avoid this company because they fire people every year using the “redundancy” excuse which for me it was the first time that I heard of….Usually in Europe they cannot fire you unless you do something bad, and put you in the improvement plan and after that they can but apparently FNZ has a clause in the contract that allows them to take your laptop and by that “they cut your access” and declare you redundant….I was called in an office and told:”your access was cut off you can go home” and that was all. If you want permanent stress above your head go ahed…I wanted to give them a chance after reading the reviews before signing the contract because people were saying that things got better but it wasn’t like that….there were only a few months when they did not fire people and after they hired like crazy and relocated a lot of people they fired a ton of them back and moved everything to India….what can I say..Enjoy Indian Quality of FNZ Products when they will lose more money because of the bas indian quality they will come back
