Just every time you think the C suite/ senior leadership has gone as low as they can go, they find a way to go even lower, with respect to the people who actually make what the company sells. The company is selling preferential shares effectively wiping out employee equity value off the table. Use 'Global calibration process' as a smokescreen to indiscriminately downgrade performance reviews from direct managers so that they don't have to justify small to no pay adjustments.
