      An average employee can affect positive change. The company expects employees to be accountable which most of the employees appreciate. The company continues to grow. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      It's cold in Addison. Everyone is very busy all the time, it does however make the days go by quickly.

      high workload, people not wanting to advance so they stay at the base level and cant answer most questions.
