- low pay-embarrissingly low
- commission structure designed to only benefit the company
- no structure
- customer service/technical support have no sense or urgency to handle issues
- sales people are provided few leads
- no marketing strategy
- dying industry
- sales staff is forced to perform non sales related task due to poor phone queue system
- unethical business practices
- management holds grudges and treats certain employees better than others
- very high turnover
- no sense of urgency to assist in attacking new business in entire management group
- poor distribution and inventory practices...at times customers wait weeks for replacement and new products.
- no accountability for customer service, billing, and technical support to resolve customer issues.
- sales people lost much of their commission $ to pay for building remodel
- management is too busy in senseless meetings 2-3x per day and therefore no guidance or answers when employees need assistance
- sub par training
- bathrooms cleaner at some truck stops
I would not recommend this company to a friend or potential customer to ever work with this place!
