- One of the best startup culture you can find. - I was very lucky and feel privileged to be a part of Fab and it practically taught me and gave me a foundation of how I see my career advancing ahead. - Developers and PM team are super smart and they'll make sure you learn the right thing on the job. - They have an incredible culture supporting making mistakes and often and shipping things and executing things. - HR guys are like friends and they'll help you out with anything. - Need a break from work? Play ping pong, foosball or even cricket inside office. Listen to music... chill out with your boss and colleagues over beer - everything's there.
Cons
There were times when I felt the management lost sight of the primary goal and project management suffered heavily but they got back on their foot quickly. (Make mistakes)
