Pros

There were great people that worked there and they really cared about the assignments that you would receive.

Cons

The pay decreased while I was there from $12 an hour to $10 an hour. Who can live off of that?

Thank you for your feedback and for being part of the Family First Homecare team. We’re glad you value the 12-hour shifts, weekly pay, and one-on-one care close to home. We appreciate your input on pay, shift differentials, and supply availability. Your feedback is important and helps guide ongoing improvements to better support our nurses and clients.

Pros

Nothing. They hire staff without clientele.

Cons

They hire staff without clients available. Went through hours of training videos, orientation, and skills check to end up unemployed. They had no patients.
