This is by far the best company to work for. The culture that Family First Life provides is bar none, everyone in the company will go out of their way to help you no matter what "team" you are on. I have never seen such a professional group of agents who are all wanting to WIN together!! Shawn Meaike & all the VP's are dedicated to helping any and everyone achieve their goals with this company. They have created a system where you CANNOT fail if you work! Compensation plan is the best I have ever seen. Renewals DAY one! Team support is incomparable. FFL is TRULY a Family. LEADS= CASH!! -- We have TONS of leads!
Cons
This is a company for Agents with an open mind about insurance sales. You cannot come on board and think you know everything, you have to be willing to drop your ego and follow the system-- if you put in the work, your bank account WILL change for the better. This is YOUR business, and you will have to treat it as such. A lot of agents think this is a "get rich" kind of gig.. We like to call it a "get rich kinda quick" -- when you put in the WORK :) Work is the key, if you are lazy this is not for you.
