Pros

I have spent my whole career in insurance I have bounced from carriers to agencies to IMO's. I never really wanted to stay anywhere too long, and I never made the money I thought I was worth. I was tired of companies trying to get me to sell to my family and friends. I decided to join Family First Life. Best thing I have done for my career. I appreciate how they focus on following leads. They never push me to sell to family or friends. They have created this unique independent culture in where we are on our own, but we are one company. I am glad to be part of this revolutionary company changing insurance.

Cons

I don't get to see my co-workers all over the country enough. Only once a year at the annual convention.

-A level sales training -High number of quality Insurance Companies to be contracted with -Flexible Schedule, 1099 Freedom

Cons

- Seen some agents not get enough support (Find good upline) - Be ready to work it's entrepreneurship - Lead cost can be scary for some

* Paid well for your performance * Extra Bonuses for Production * Unlimited Income Potential * Incentive Trips * Work with Multiple Carriers (Not Captive)

Cons

* Training can vary based off the agency you're apart of * Chargebacks (sucks but it's apart of then job) * Self Employed so you'll pay for your own Health insurance * Have to pay for your own leads but that's also way you get paid so much
