Pros

"Lost my job with a baby on the way. Decided to try Family First Life as I had been in sales. At first, I never thought I could make it. I was making so little, and I was bombing out with every family I met! I started losing sleep and would watch the training videos the company posts each week. Between the videos and my upline, I started learning how to do this job, and I started to make money. It was important to listen to people who had success with this and follow their lead because their success can fuel yours. The comp is outstanding when you sell! It's a great and honorable company."

You won't make money if you can't learn the way to sell this product.

-A level sales training -High number of quality Insurance Companies to be contracted with -Flexible Schedule, 1099 Freedom

- Seen some agents not get enough support (Find good upline) - Be ready to work it's entrepreneurship - Lead cost can be scary for some

* Paid well for your performance * Extra Bonuses for Production * Unlimited Income Potential * Incentive Trips * Work with Multiple Carriers (Not Captive)

Cons

* Training can vary based off the agency you're apart of * Chargebacks (sucks but it's apart of then job) * Self Employed so you'll pay for your own Health insurance * Have to pay for your own leads but that's also way you get paid so much
