Environment has many top producing agents, people who are striving to be the best and positive momentum.
Cons
With so many highly competitive people you can expect cut throat competition, trust is one thing you should be cautious with and if you aren't producing 30k+ a month according to management you aren't working.

We do believe that anyone can issue 30k a month, and we encourage any agent that is not having the success that they want to have to reach out to us for help.
We are not aware of any managers taking advantage of their downline, if something of that nature was brought to our attention we would put a stop to it.
