- fun co-workers - discounts on movies - understanding of needing time off - good school/ work balance
Cons
- Management was very poor for a long time - only offer part time unless they want to promote you to assistant manager - the pay is awful for what they expect of you - Not offered enough hours - faulty policies - on call shifts - not enough training - open on all holidays
