Management routinely "restructures" the entire organization, leaving their employees scrambling to find new jobs or take pay cuts to stay in their existing ones. Advancement is based on making friends with upper management rather than ability. Females and minorities will find it difficult to advance past low level management regardless of skill. Discrimination based on sexual orientation is rampant among management.
