Pros
I wasn't in the program long enough to find any pros. Quit after 3 weeks of non stop call center type calling. 250 calls a day, with no training, and no other work duties.
Cons
I was way oversold on the Agency Owner Protege program. Commission and pay was considerably lower than competitors. I received ZERO training. Had it not been for prior experience, I would've been totally lost. I spent 3 weeks making 250 calls a day, and nothing else... I was treated like a smile and dial intern. Horrible experience...
